I’ll be there teaching a Creative Writing Workshop for Adults!!

This workshop is designed to provide a safe space for adults to begin to explore creative writing. Sidra will guide you through simple exercises to help you to  connect to yourself and your memories, while quietening your inner critic, which will enable you to explore writing as a form of therapy and self expression.

There will be group discussion, solo writing and sharing where comfortable.

Writers will leave empowered to begin their own personal writing projects with renewed inspiration and enthusiasm, along with the tools on how to bring a daily writing practice into their lives.

Bio:

Sidra Ansari is a teacher and writer based in the West Midlands. Her first book is called, Finding Peace Through Prayer and Love and came out in January 2021. She has spent the last few years writing for Ladybird Education, and has recently won Audiobook of the Year award via The Week Junior. She truly believes there’s a writer in everyone, and is excited to show you that, no matter how old you are, it’s never too late to achieve your creative dreams!
